Giving mana to another member is like giving a pat on the back. Just click on a member's name and the add mana option should come up along the other options. Choose add mana to add mana. . . .However, the meters that show how much mana a member has received are not accurate and we still have not figured out why they do not work.
So, I give mana verbally (mana to you) just so a member will know how much I appreciate something they have posted.

Thanks, I've seen it on another board too, and wondered.
The other board has something for the opposite, too. From what I've seen here, you all don't need any of that.
